December 31, 2011 - The 20 graduates began their studies at the Applied Chemistry Department in 2007, when Mylan Group CEO Dr. My T. Nguyen founded the department in collaboration with TVU. The majority of the graduating class, as well as the top three students, participated in MLG and TVU's Cooperative Education Program. Many of the graduates are now starting their careers at Mylan Group.

November 19, 2011 - The Governor General and accompanying Canadian delegates toured MLG’s R&D Center and Mylan Printing Media’s production line before attending a skills training forum. At the end of the successful panel discussion and Q&A session on skills training, His Excellency presented Dr. My T. Nguyen, President and CEO of Mylan Group with a Visit Medallion.

| October 18, 2011 - Accompanying the Deputy Prime Minister were the Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Bui Van Ga; the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Le Duong Quang; the Governor of TraVinh, Tran Khieu; and other local authorities. The guests toured Mylan Group to learn more about the Cooperative Education Program (COOP), a collaboration between Mylan Group and TraVinh University that was founded four years ago.

| Canadian Ambassador, Deanna L. Horton, visited MyLan Printing Media on February 23, 2009 as part of her trip to Tra Vinh Province with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Over the past ten years, CIDA has been working closely with the Tra Vinh People’s Committee to fund development and aid projects in the province. MyLan Printing Media sparked interest from Ms. Horton because of its majority ownership by Canadian company, American Dye Source, Inc., and its various contributions to the growth and development of Tra Vinh Province in the areas of education, housing, and infrastructure, among others. Also in attendance were the Chairman of the Tra Vinh People’s Committee, Mr. Tran Hoan Kim, and representatives from the Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Center. |
